Una volta l’anno la palestra deve organizzare il passaggio di cintura obbligatorio che dovrà essere segnato sul Budopass. La kickboxing Cosenza nasce nell’89 in Via Pasquale Rossi presso l’Energy Club con istruttore il Maestro Raffaele De Stefano. Quest’ ultimo ha iniziato a combattere con il Maestro Pellicone istruttore di Karate raggiungendo la cintura marrone. Nel 1985 intraprende la Box a Brescia e successivamente pratica la Kickboxing con un Maestro di Trento. Dopo aver vinto innumerevoli campionati regionali e campionati italiani si classifica 1° nel Gran Champion e ancora oggi è stato convocato tra i veterani. Da non dimenticare che è lo sparrier ufficiale di Massimo Liberati.
